If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting support, we reserve the right to submit evidence to the payment processor or financial institution and restrict future orders pending resolution.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, customs processing, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to you once the package is handed to the courier, as evidenced by the dispatch scan.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable eligibility criteria, inspection rights, refund timelines, and exclusions. Customised, personalised, worn, altered, or hygiene-sensitive items may be non-refundable.

Courts serving Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.
