Our returns process is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties. Please read the eligibility criteria carefully before requesting a return because not all items or situations qualify.
Eligibility, inspection rights, refund and exchange terms
This Returns & Exchanges policy applies to eligible orders placed through this website. Return approval is not automatic. Each request is reviewed against the order record, item condition, evidence provided, and inspection results.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.
Submit your reason, preferred resolution, and supporting photographs so support can review the request.
Keep the item unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned with original tags, authentication card, pouch, invoice, and outer packaging.
Proof of damage (photo/video) may be required for return approval.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, authentication card, pouch, and invoice intact.
Customised, personalised, engraved, altered, or made-to-order pieces are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless required by law.
Items marked Final Sale, clearance, or special promotion may be ineligible for return where stated at the time of purchase.
Hygiene-sensitive items, including earrings, may be returned only if sealed, unused, and in original condition.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or post-delivery modification is not covered.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we reserve the sole and final right to approve or decline any return after inspection. Items that fail inspection due to wear, scratches, missing tags, missing accessories, tampering, alteration, damage, or mismatch with the dispatched product may be rejected and returned to the customer without refund or exchange.
Once a return request is approved, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days.
After processing, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider/bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute before contacting support may result in account restrictions and may be contested with documentation, including order records, dispatch evidence, delivery proof, return inspection notes, and customer communications.
Exchange or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, the exchanged or replaced product will be dispatched within 2–3 business Days and delivered with in 3-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, but typically replacements will reach you within 7–10 business days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to accept or decline any return at our discretion following inspection. Please contact support first if you believe an item is incorrect, damaged, delayed, or otherwise requires review.
